I am Andreea Blendea, a Human Resources Specialist with 4+ years of experience in the HR field and 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, working in various industries such as IT, automotive, telecommunications, banking, nuclear energy, and railway. I have coordinated a team, optimized end-to-end recruitment processes, and directly contributed to the development and implementation of HR policies, including those in compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
My mission is clear: to offer real value through a human and authentic approach. I strongly believe that empathy, open communication, and adaptability are essential in building trusting relationships, whether I am working with clients, colleagues, or candidates.
